Faith Care 4U was created from a genuine commitment to providing thoughtful, dependable support for people with disability across Toowoomba and Brisbane.
Faith Care 4U was built around the belief that people should feel listened to, respected and genuinely understood by the people supporting them.
From the beginning, the focus has been on creating support that feels dependable and personal, with clear communication and careful attention to each person’s circumstances. That means taking the time to understand routines, preferences, goals and the people involved in someone’s care, rather than relying on a one size fits all approach.
We want participants and families to feel confident that the support they receive is thoughtful, consistent and suited to what they actually need.
Faith Care 4U is led by Brooke Freeman, a Registered Nurse with experience caring for people with disability and a broad range of health needs.
Throughout her nursing career, Brooke has developed a strong understanding of the importance of safe care, clear communication and recognising when a person’s support needs require greater clinical awareness. Her volunteer work with people with disability has also given her further insight into the value of patience, trust and consistency in everyday support.
This background now helps shape the standards, training and approach across Faith Care 4U, with a focus on thoughtful care, responsible decision-making and support that reflects each person’s individual circumstances.
These values shape how we communicate, make decisions and work with participants, families and the wider support network.
We approach people with warmth, empathy and genuine consideration for what they are experiencing.
We are honest, transparent and responsible in the way we communicate and deliver support.
We recognise each person’s worth and make sure they are treated with consideration and respect.
We understand the importance of consistency and following through on the support that has been agreed.
We bring patience and care to everyday interactions, including the small moments that can have a meaningful impact.
We value each person’s choices, individuality and right to be involved in decisions about their own support.
